Schoel, a Birmingham, Alabama-based land-development services firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of 4Site, an interdisciplinary Civil Engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture firm based in Huntsville, Alabama, effective July 1, 2019. As a result of this agreement, Schoel expands as a leading multidisciplinary provider of Civil Engineering, land surveying, land planning and landscape architecture services in the Southeast.
Schoel will integrate 4Site’s industry-recognized portfolio of Civil Engineering, land surveying, land planning, and landscape architecture services into its existing service offerings, and will expand its operations to 4Site’s established location in Huntsville.
“We are pleased to join forces with 4Site, a respected firm with which we share a common vision and values, to grow our footprint as we continue to evolve our business across several areas of specialization,” said Walter Schoel III, president of Schoel. “Together, our strengths and expertise across multiple disciplines will bring peace of mind, minimized risk and creative solutions to complex problems for clients across the Southeast, one company with two locations.”

While our name is changing, we want the community to know that they will continue working with the same great Huntsville team with expanded capabilities.”
