Railroad Park

Walter Schoel Engineering and Macknally Ross Land Design worked closely with Tom Leader Studios for the development of the site plan throughout the design process. MRLD developed the initial concept of the stormwater collection and filtration systems and worked closely with Schoel Engineering for the civil and hydrology, as well as the pumping and irrigation consultants for this scope. The scope also included all local consultation and public project presentations, the design and production of the signage and wayfinding throughout the park, design and construction documents for the entire planting design, as well as detailed long-term maintenance guidelines, construction observation services for all landscape, irrigation, hardscape, pumping system, and signage construction, and all surveying services, including complicated vacations and dedications of railroad Rights of ways.
