The Preserve is a 305 acre mixed-use development nestled around the Moss Rock Preserve located in the City of Hoover, Alabama. Schoel has provided essentially all of the Engineering services for the project since its inception in the late 1990’s. The project is approximately 65% complete. The Preserve master plan contains approximately 700 residential lots, a commercial Town Center, and a collection of parks and outdoor amenities. The Preserve was voted as the City of Hoover’s best neighborhood in 2014.
