Nexus on Holmes is a 4-story multi-family complex designed to accommodate the University of Alabama in Huntsville students, faculty, and staff. Situated near the UAH campus on Holmes Avenue, this development will offer various amenities, including an outdoor pool, recreation area, student center, and walking paths to campus. Residents will also have access to ample parking adjacent to the complex. Schoel provided a range of services for this project, including land surveying, full civil design and construction documents, stormwater management design, and environmental services.
