Southtown Senior Living is a 1.3 acre multi-family development featuring a 34,000-ft building, roadway and infrastructure upgrades, and stormwater management. Schoel’s environmental team assisted with Erosion and Sediment Control Design and facilitated the acquisition of all necessary permits from the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM). Throughout the construction phase, our team conducted regular erosion control inspections to verify implementation of Best Management Practices, evaluate effectiveness, and identify potential issues for timely remediation.
