The BJCC Marketplace is a 7+ acre urban retail development in Birmingham, AL that will serve as a retail and commercial hub. It is going to include retail stores, restaurants, and other forms of entertainment to support the surrounding facilities. These surrounding facilities such as the BJCC, Sheraton Hotel, Westin Hotel, and a future multi-purpose facility will greatly benefit from the development of the Marketplace. Schoel provided the Civil Engineering and Surveying services since the inception of this project including the site work design, topographic, boundary, and subdivision surveying services, the design and dedication of public roadways, and coordination and city approvals for this development.
