Schoel was the civil engineer for this project; performing all of the site design such as grading, drainage, utility infrastructure, site layout, etc. Schoel also performed all land surveying tasks – ALTA survey of the property, topographic surveys for use in design, construction stake-out, a resurvey of the site, and ROW vacation. Schoel also provided storm water permit compliance activities to have the project covered by the ADEM NPDES construction storm water permit.
