Brio Parc is a multi-family development located on County Line Road in Huntsville, Alabama. The complex consists of 24 buildings with 329 units total as well as a community clubhouse, outdoor pool, dog spa, and recreation spaces. Schoel provided a range of services for this project, including full civil design and construction documents, stormwater management design, and environmental services.
