The Hamlet at MidCity is a 231-unit cottage-style rental community located on Old Monrovia Road. The development offers a variety of single-family housing options as well as several amenities including a fitness and community center, outdoor pool, and a dog park and spa. Schoel provided a range of services for this project, including land surveying, full civil design and construction documents, stormwater management design, landscape architecture design and construction documents, and environmental services.
