Schoel has prepared a topographic survey of the entire site, designed the Automotive rail spur and load out yard, Designed the test track, designed several plant expansion areas, provided permitting to comply with FERC regulations and Corp of Engineers regulations, and provided drainage evaluation and design for the site.
