Since inception of the Colonnade, Schoel has provided essentially all Land Surveying and Civil Engineering services associated with the development. This includes the design of the entire infrastructure, including a 2000 foot divided parkway, intersection design and highway permitting on U.S. 280 and I-459, and utilities necessary to serve the future office developments.
