The Tributary Rise is located at the old AT&T Operations Center near the intersection of US-280 and Interstate 459. This project included the rehabilitation of the existing parking deck and the construction of multiple apartment buildings, a new road network, and new utility infrastructure. The 112-acre property is privately screened by natural forest and includes a trail network and an 8-acre pond.
