Boardwalk at Research Park is a 448-unit multi-family development located on Research Park Boulevard. The development offers a variety of amenities including two clubhouses, outdoor pools, a dog park, nature trails, and recreation space. Schoel provided a range of services for this project, including land surveying, full civil design and construction documents, stormwater management design, utility infrastructure design, and environmental services.
